The hotel offers spacious, nicely furnished, and extremely comfortable rooms but can be hot during the night and was not extremely clean. The service stands out with friendly and helpful staff members, exceptional service at poolside and breakfast, all maintaining a relaxed vibe. The location provides a beautiful and thoughtful design, lush greenery, and a peaceful environment close to Byron but away from the noise. The dining options are good, with fresh and well-presented choices, although hot dishes in the buffet could be added. Overall, a great value for money with luxurious amenities and a tranquil setting.

The hotel had great rooms that were very comfy with a comfortable bed and appropriate space for storage. However, cleanliness could have been better. The service was the most helpful I've ever dealt with, being extremely friendly and attentive to all our needs. The location was super, offering a mile walk along a beautiful beach to downtown Byron Bay. The dining experience was quite gourmet but may not cater well to fussy eaters. The facilities were great overall, with a few minor shortcomings.
